The Practice Manager role is designed for clinic owners and administrators who need to manage the team and organisation settings without necessarily recording their own sessions. It sits between a Practitioner and the account Owner in terms of permissions.
Practice Manager is available on the Professional plan and above.
What a Practice Manager can do
Manage the team — add members, resend pending invites, change roles, apply tags, and remove users from the organisation
Manage organisation templates — create, edit, and share templates across the team
Access Clinic Setup — manage organisation settings including integrations, tags, and preferences
What a Practice Manager cannot do
Cannot access account billing
Cannot change the total number of seats on the account (but can add members to the clinic if the current seat count allows)
Cannot transfer account ownership or change another user's role to Owner
Cannot delete the organisation or cancel the subscription
Cannot record sessions or generate notes by default (the Owner can enable this)
