What is Organisational Analytics?
Organisational Analytics gives practice leaders a dashboard view of how PatientNotes is being used across their team — so you can see adoption, activity, and practice-level trends in one place rather than guessing.
It is available on the Professional plan and is limited to Owner and Practice Manager roles.
Who can see it?
Owners — full access.
Practice Managers — full access.
Practitioners and Assistants — no access to organisation-level analytics.
If you're an Owner or Practice Manager and can't see the dashboard, confirm your plan is Professional and that your role is set correctly.
What the dashboard shows
The dashboard brings together practice-level insights on how PatientNotes is being used across your organisation — giving Owners and Practice Managers visibility over team usage and adoption in a single view, rather than checking on individual practitioners one at a time.
Where to find it
Organisational Analytics is available to Owners and Practice Managers from within your organisation settings in PatientNotes. If you have the right role and plan but can't see it, chat with us via the support widget and we'll help.
