Yes, you can subscribe as an individual (1 user).
Yes, you can have more than 1 user on a plan (choose your user count in the pricing calculator).
If you have a larger team, pricing is reduced per clinician as your user count increases — use the calculator to see the savings.
The Clinic Plan is suitable for clin ics with greater than 5 userrs.
Annual billing is available with 10% savings (shown on the pricing page).
How to calculate pricing for 1 user, small teams, or clinics (recommended)
Go to the pricing page.
Select your currency (AUD, CAD, GBP, USD, NZD).
Use the calculator to choose the number of users and view your per-person cost and savings for more clinicians.
Optionally switch to Annual to view the 10% saving.
How to subscribe inside the app
Before subscribing, make sure you’ve verified your email address.
In PatientNotes, click Settings.
Click Subscription.
Select your Currency.
Click Buy now to go to the Stripe payment portal and complete checkout.
Return to PatientNotes to confirm your plan is active.
Upgrade later (change plan type or user count)
Go to Settings → Subscription.
Click Manage plan.
Choose your plan and enter the number of users, then return to PatientNotes to see the update.
