Go to Settings → Team → Invite member and enter the email address of each new team member. Make sure you're on a Team or Clinic plan — the Individual plan supports one user only.

If you need to upgrade your plan to add more seats, go to Settings → Subscription or view all plans at patientnotes.app/pricing.

If you'd like to delete your PatientNotes account and all associated data, please contact us via the chat widget or email [email protected]. We'll process your request in line with our privacy policy.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
