You can unsubscribe from PatientNotes marketing emails at any time using the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. Click it and you'll be removed from our marketing list immediately.
Requesting Full Removal from Our Mailing List
If you'd like to be removed from our mailing list entirely — including any product updates or account-related communications — please contact us via the chat widget or email [email protected] with your email address and we'll remove you promptly.
Good to Know
Unsubscribing from marketing emails won't affect transactional emails (e.g. password resets, subscription receipts) — these are required for your account to function
