PatientNotes makes it easy to bring your own templates into the system and convert them into structured, AI-powered prompts. This allows you to preserve your preferred layout while benefiting from automation.
🧭 Step-by-Step: Importing Your Template
Go to Settings
Navigate to your Settings, then select the Prompt Templates section.
Select either clinical note template or a report or letter.
Click "Import" Template

Paste or Upload Your Template
Currently, the system accepts text format.
PDF support is coming soon!
Paste your content directly into the editor window.
Make Manual Edits as Needed
You can adjust headings, sections, or formatting before submitting.
This helps the system interpret your structure correctly.
Click “Submit”
This will draft a conversion of your template using our internal prompt conversion engine.
🎯 After Submission: Test and Optimize
Interact with the Tool: Review the converted layout and ensure it aligns with your original design.
Provide Feedback: Use the feedback feature to help fine-tune the template structure or content generation style.
Test in a Session: We strongly recommend testing the converted prompt in a real or dummy session to confirm flow, accuracy, and readability.
